We’ll discuss your concerns, and past or current therapy and your expectations. At this time, we’ll collect your insurance information.

Once the paperwork is complete, we’ll investigate insurance and propose the cost of treatment. Links to printable documents:

At the time of this session, we’ll take an in-depth look at the case history and perform a formal or informal evaluation of the observed concerns.

Based on the results of the evaluation, we’ll devise a treatment plan and schedule follow up sessions as needed.
